The Saint Chapel
"Usually, visits to churches and chapels bore me, but here I must admit that you captivated me" - This is what one of my clients told me after the tour. This comment meant a lot to me, it confirmed that I had accomplished my mission as a guide and especially that my way of telling the monument was right.
My goal in taking you on a tour of this monument is that you are transformed, that you go through the monument and that the monument goes through you.

The Palace of Versailles
The first time I saw the Château de Versailles, I was 20 years old. We hadn't booked a guided tour, nor an audio guide and I remember finding the Palace much smaller than in my imagination and feeling frustrated that I didn't understand much of all the history I was surrounded by.
Now that I know all the history behind the Palace, why it was built, why there, the meaning of each room : I find this Palace absolutely amazing !
Through a tour of the Palace of Versailles, explaining the meaning of each room, while telling you the different stories and anecdotes that took place within its walls, I bring history to life and as Louis XIV wanted, I want you to be impressed, to the point of finding the Palace perhaps even greater than it is !
The Musée d'Orsay
Ready for the trip? I take you to the Musée d'Orsay. This sumptuous former train station, symbol of 19th century modernity, has inspired so many great artists who are exhibited there.
Make room in your garden to have lunch on the grass with Monet, dance in a guinguette with Renoir and take a nap in the golden straw fields with Van Gogh. I promise you a sunny visit!
Why did I become a tour guide ?
For a long time, I visited monuments and museums. I came out of them as I had gone in, but with the added frustration of not having understood much. Until the day I became a tour guide ! I decided to do this job so as not to let all this culture and History slip through my fingers and to share it with more people. The best way to remember what you learn is to share it with others.
Before becoming a Tour Guide, I produced and presented my own radio show in Ireland, I was a storyteller, I created and still create shows, which I presented in Ireland, France and England.
I know that many people, when they hear "guided tours", tend to go the other way. I make it a point of honor to use all my talents, as an actress, as a storyteller, and my love of words to captivate and take my audience on a journey, so that they are not quite the same person before and after the tour.
I want you to go through the monument and that the monument goes through you, so that you feel enriched, nourished while having an excellent time.
